Use of this Card constitutes acceptance of the Gift Card terms and conditions found at https://store.uslawshield.com/pages/promos. This Gift Card is issued by and represents an obligation of U.S. LawShield^®. Redeemable online at https://store.uslawshield.com/. No expiration date, no fees. Not redeemable for cash. Lost, stolen or damaged cards replaced only with valid proof of purchase and to extent of remaining card balance. Must have card number available for replacement. Not a credit or debt card. Freedom Store Gift Card Terms & Conditions

(a) Purchasing. U.S. LawShield ("Company") offers Gift Cards that can be purchased and redeemed for purchase of eligible goods and services provided by the Company through the U.S. LawShield Freedom Store. Purchasing or redeeming a Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the Company’s terms and conditions. The sale and or purchase of a Gift Card is in no way considered the sale or purchase of an insurance policy or membership.

(b) Redemption. Gift Cards may only be redeemed online through the U.S. LawShield Freedom Store. Gift Card balances will be used against the total order placed online. If any purchase exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid with a credit card or any other payment method accepted by the Company.

(c) Restrictions. Except to the extent required by applicable law, Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or checks, and Gift Card balances cannot be transferred to credit card accounts or any other means of payment. If applicable law requires the Company to redeem Gift Cards for cash, check, or other means of payment, the Company reserves the right to select any of the foregoing at its discretion and the value is not to exceed the original amount paid. The Company reserves the right to take legal action, if the Company reasonably believes that Gift Cards are abused, used, or obtained fraudulently. Only one (1) Gift Card may be redeemed per order. Gift Cards may be redeemed in conjunction with other eligible offers or promotions.

(d) Loss. The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient, or our delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. Gift Cards must be obtained from U.S. LawShield or an authorized third party, and you are responsible for safeguarding your Gift Card from unauthorized use. We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your Gift Card is used without your permission. There are a variety of Gift Card scams that request payment by Gift Card. U.S. LawShield is not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card.

(e) Limitation of Liability. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OR SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THAT GIFT CARD.

(f) Disputes. Any dispute or claim relating in any way to Gift Cards will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The U.S. Federal Arbitration Act and U.S. federal arbitration law apply to this agreement. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages) and must follow these terms and conditions as a court would. You and Company agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action.

(g) Jurisdiction. You may have other or additional rights in connection with your purchase or redemption of Gift Cards under the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which you reside and nothing in this Section restricts such rights you may have.

(h) Expiration. U.S. LawShield Freedom Store Gift Cards never expire and are not subject to any charges, service fees, or dormancy fees.
